For those utilizing assigned seating arrangements, the e-GuestList provides four distinct settings for managing table availability:

• Do not utilize table-seating
• Enable free movement of guests between tables without seat tracking
• Allow movement while displaying availability warnings based on table capacity
• Restrict changes when no free seats are available

Additional features enable users to quickly view all guests seated at a particular table and track check-in statuses. The Table column is customizable to aid in special events such as hotel breakfast check-ins or equipment tracking.

Create Events & Upload Guest Lists:

To set up your events from the web (https://guestlistapp.eventreception.com/):

1. Name your upcoming event(s) and select a date.
2. Upload your guest list via an Excel file or manually enter guests through the web interface.
3. Optionally rename app titles as needed.
4. Log in on your iPad(s) using your provided codes.
5. Your events are ready for management on your iPads.
